Terms of service

Ainoova Tools is provided by Gabriel Rosinol Vidal, trading as Ainoova, Barcelona, Spain (hello@ainoova.com). By creating an account you agree to these terms.

The service

Ten small web tools (Notes, Later, Habits, Renewals, Subs, Journal, People, Rent, Short, Forms), each available through the web app, a REST API and an MCP server for AI assistants such as Claude.

Free plan, Pro and billing

Every tool is free to use with no time limit, within the free plan's limits shown on the pricing section of the home page (items stored, changes made by Claude or the API each month, and form answers each month). We'll give at least 30 days' notice before lowering them.

Pro costs €3 per month, VAT included, billed monthly in advance through Stripe, and removes those limits. Cancelling stops renewal at the end of the paid month and moves you back to the free plan; nothing is deleted.

Right of withdrawal: you can withdraw within 14 days of subscribing to Pro and get a refund for the days not used, by writing to hello@ainoova.com. By using Pro straight away you agree that it starts during the withdrawal period.

Your data

What you put in the tools is yours. Reading and exporting are never limited on any plan. You can export everything as JSON and delete your account at any time from Account.

AI assistants you connect

When you connect Claude or another assistant, it acts on your behalf with the same rights you have, except managing billing, API keys and your password. Every change it makes is logged in Activity and can be undone. You are responsible for what you ask it to do.

Acceptable use

Don't use Forms or Short to collect data unlawfully, send spam, phish or link to malware. We may disable a form or link that does.

Availability and liability

We work to keep the service available and your data safe, with daily database backups by our hosting provider, but we provide it as is. To the extent the law allows, our liability is limited to what you paid in the last 12 months. Nothing here limits your rights as a consumer under Spanish and EU law.

Changes and law

We'll tell you by email at least 30 days before any change to price or to these terms that affects you. These terms are governed by Spanish law; consumers may also go to the courts of their place of residence.
